該石油產(chǎn)品傾點凝點測定器是引進(jìn)日本精良技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的，符合GB/T 510。該儀器采用壓縮機(jī)制冷原理，封閉式浴槽，配有傾斜支架及傾點套，并裝有智能數(shù)字顯示控制儀，使用方便、質(zhì)量可靠，該儀器采用模糊控制原理和PID自整定技術(shù)，控制性能穩(wěn)定可靠，是化驗室*的試驗儀器。 
該儀器制冷系統(tǒng)是由壓縮機(jī)、過濾器、毛細(xì)管節(jié)流器、蒸發(fā)器及各連接管路組成。制冷劑通過蒸發(fā)器吸熱膨脹，膨脹后的氣體由壓縮機(jī)壓入排氣管路形成高溫高壓氣體再進(jìn)入冷凝器冷卻成液體，然后經(jīng)毛細(xì)管節(jié)流降壓進(jìn)入蒸發(fā)器蒸發(fā)吸熱從而達(dá)到制冷目的。制冷劑蒸發(fā)后又被壓縮機(jī)壓入排氣管進(jìn)入冷凝器，這樣周而復(fù)始地工作實現(xiàn)循環(huán)制冷。溫度控制系統(tǒng)是由智能數(shù)顯控溫儀進(jìn)行PID調(diào)節(jié)實現(xiàn)定點控溫，控溫儀輸出的控制信號觸發(fā)固態(tài)繼電器，使加熱管工作抵消壓縮機(jī)制冷系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的冷量，使其恒在我們所需要的溫度上。
